Ingredients
- 200g pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 pack chicken sausages (~ 400g)
- Parmesan cheese, to taste
- Sundried tomato pesto (2 tablespoons)
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- While pasta cooks, cook the sausages. I prefer to air fry them for 15 minutes at 200°C.
- Drain the pasta and add the pesto to cooked pasta and mix well.
- Slice the cooked sausages and add them to the pasta.
- Serve immediately while hot and add grated parmasan.
- Season with salt, pepper.
Tips
- If you dont own an air fryer, you can pan fry the sausages until golden brown or use an oven. For oven, cook at 200°C for 20 minutes.
- I find that Lidl have the best sundried tomato pesto, but any brand will do.
