Ingredients

  • 200g pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 pack chicken sausages (~ 400g)
  • Parmesan cheese, to taste
  • Sundried tomato pesto (2 tablespoons)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 200g pasta (penne or fusilli)1 pack chicken sausages (~ 400g)Parmesan cheese, to tasteSundried tomato pesto (2 tablespoons)Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  2. While pasta cooks, cook the sausages. I prefer to air fry them for 15 minutes at 200°C.
  3. Drain the pasta and add the pesto to cooked pasta and mix well.
  4. Slice the cooked sausages and add them to the pasta.
  5. Serve immediately while hot and add grated parmasan.
  6. Season with salt, pepper.

Tips

  • If you dont own an air fryer, you can pan fry the sausages until golden brown or use an oven. For oven, cook at 200°C for 20 minutes.
  • I find that Lidl have the best sundried tomato pesto, but any brand will do.
